Deposit and Applicatoin Info.

 If you want to add your name to a compiled list of families waiting to reserve a Havapoo puppy from us, please complete the form below to submit an application for a River View Havapoo puppy. The application fee is $250.00 and will be applied towards the purchase price of your puppy. Once the application and fee are completed, you will receive a confirmation of receipt via email.

NOTE: THE FEE IS NON-REFUNDABLE.

We know you’ve spent much time and effort into researching the type of breed that would best fit your family. Now it’s time to narrow it down even more. Helps us, help you! 

In order for you to be able to bring home the best puppy suitable for your home, it is best we know more details. Please note your preference of gender, coat coloring, and desired time frame for taking home your puppy. Also let us know what personality type you are looking for.

Please note that by clicking the button, it will redirect you to our PayPal account and invoice. The PayPal invoice is set up specifically for our Havapoo puppies with River View Puppies application fee.
